Supporting Teacher

Position Title: Support Teacher
Reports To: School Director

Overview

As a Support Teacher, you’ll serve as a flexible, nurturing presence across multiple classrooms. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety in their day and can jump in wherever needed, providing consistent care and support for children from infancy through kindergarten.

You’ll build relationships with children and teachers alike, helping to ensure seamless coverage and consistent learning throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Float between classrooms to assist where needed, maintaining consistency for children and staff
• Support daily routines, including transitions, meal times, and play-based learning
• Engage with children through age-appropriate activities that align with Montessori principles
• Provide encouragement and comfort to children throughout the day
• Observe, assist, and reinforce classroom routines and expectations
• Collaborate closely with all teaching staff to maintain a harmonious team environment
• Maintain cleanliness and order in learning spaces
• Support teachers in preparing materials and resetting learning environments

Qualifications & Skills

▪ Previous experience in early childhood education or childcare preferred

Toddler Assistant Teacher

Overview

As a Toddler Teacher at SpringStone Montessori School, you will nurture and guide children aged 12 months to 36 months during their most impressionable and rapidly developing years. You will create a calm, safe, and enriching Montessori environment where toddlers are encouraged to explore, discover, and grow at their own pace.

You’ll foster independence and self-confidence through consistent routines, developmentally appropriate activities, and compassionate, respectful care. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, observant, and deeply committed to supporting the emotional and physical development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement a Montessori-aligned toddler curriculum that supports emotional, physical, social, and cognitive growth

- Create a predictable, safe, and nurturing classroom environment through consistent routines and positive guidance

- Support toddlers in developing basic self-help skills such as toileting, dressing, and feeding

- Observe and document each child’s developmental progress, behaviors, and emerging interests

- Prepare and maintain Montessori materials that invite hands-on exploration and engagement

- Promote language development through songs, stories, and simple conversation

- Communicate regularly and positively with families about their child’s development and daily experiences

- Model patience, respect, and empathy in every interaction

- Participate in staff meetings, school events, and ongoing professional development

Director of Enrollment

Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Director of Enrollment to join our team and help families take the first step on their educational journey with confidence and care.

SpringStone Montessori School is an early learning, private school utilizing the Montessori Method—encouraging active learning, independence, and creativity through hands-on activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing warm, informative, and timely communication

• Guide families through the enrollment process, from inquiry to registration

• Conduct school tours and informational sessions, showcasing the value of the Montessori approach

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrollments

• Work closely with school leadership to ensure classrooms are staffed and enrolled to capacity

• Coordinate open houses, community events, and outreach efforts

• Collaborate with marketing to implement outreach strategies and boost visibility

• Follow up consistently with leads and track enrollment data for reporting purposes

• Provide excellent customer service and build trusting relationships with current and prospective families

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications & Skills
