Overview
As a Support Teacher, you’ll serve as a flexible, nurturing presence across multiple classrooms. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety in their day and can jump in wherever needed, providing consistent care and support for children from infancy through kindergarten.
You’ll build relationships with children and teachers alike, helping to ensure seamless coverage and consistent learning throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
• Float between classrooms to assist where needed, maintaining consistency for children and staff
• Support daily routines, including transitions, meal times, and play-based learning
• Engage with children through age-appropriate activities that align with Montessori principles
• Provide encouragement and comfort to children throughout the day
• Observe, assist, and reinforce classroom routines and expectations
• Collaborate closely with all teaching staff to maintain a harmonious team environment
• Maintain cleanliness and order in learning spaces
• Support teachers in preparing materials and resetting learning environments
Qualifications & Skills
▪ Previous experience in early childhood education or childcare preferred

As an Assistant Teacher at SpringStone, you are a vital part of creating a peaceful, respectful classroom where children thrive. Working closely with the Lead Teacher, you’ll support the delivery of a Montessori-inspired curriculum and help guide young children through their daily activities and routines.
This role is ideal for those passionate about early childhood development who are eager to learn and grow within a nurturing, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with classroom activities that promote hands-on learning and independence
• Support children with practical life skills like dressing, cleaning, and social interaction
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom space
• Observe children and share insights with the Lead Teacher for lesson planning and support
• Provide comfort and guidance while modeling respectful behavior and communication
• Promote inclusion and kindness, helping children develop empathy and confidence
• Encourage age-appropriate autonomy and self-care routines
• Help prepare classroom materials and rotate learning tools as needed
• Engage in professional development and training sessions
Qualifications & Skills
▪ Previous experience with young children (in any capacity) is a plus
▪ Passionate about child development and Montessori education
▪ Calm, warm, and caring personality
▪ Team-oriented and communicative

As a Lead Teacher at SpringStone Montessori School, you will guide children through their most formative years with a focus on independence, curiosity, and joyful learning. You’ll lead a Montessori-based classroom for children ages 3–6, fostering an environment where they feel safe, respected, and inspired.
Our Lead Teachers are not just instructors—they are nurturing guides who respect each child’s unique journey. Through individualized learning plans and hands-on materials, you’ll help each child develop socially, emotionally, and intellectually at their own pace.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver a developmentally appropriate, Montessori-based curriculum in a structured yet flexible classroom environment
• Prepare, organize, and maintain Montessori materials to encourage independent exploration
• Observe, track, and document each child’s progress and tailor lessons to their individual needs
• Create a warm, inclusive, and respectful environment where every child feels heard and valued
• Foster life skills like independence, responsibility, grace and courtesy
• Communicate openly and regularly with parents about their child’s development and daily experience
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Assistant and Support Teachers in your classroom
• Participate in school events, training, and professional development opportunities
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean classroom that aligns with Montessori principles

As an Assistant Cook, you’ll support the preparation and delivery of healthy, wholesome meals to children throughout the day. You’ll help maintain a clean and organized kitchen, assist with serving food, and support the overall nutritional well-being of the children in our care.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes and being part of a collaborative school environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing meals and snacks for children
• Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Help set up food for classrooms and manage deliveries
• Support special dietary needs and allergy-safe practices
• Assist with inventory management and food organization
• Collaborate with the Lead Cook and teaching staff
